In technical collaboration with AJV Engineering, Finland, have introduced Belt Filter Press in India. Our technical collaborators have the distinction of marketing more than 500 belt filters across the world. We have also manufactured and supplied Belt Filter Presses to numerous paper mills in India and abroad for enhancing their Sludge disposal system, for transporting the Sludge for disposal or for any other use of lower grade board mills or for use as manure.
Belt Filter Press are used for squeezing the sludge from the following:
Primary Clarifier
Secondary Clarifier
Deinking process
Bagasse Pith
Sewage treatment plant
Our Belt Filter Presses can efficiently squeeze Sludge with 1 to 30% consistency along with the addition of Polyacrylamide base flocculent. This flocculent ensures better drainage and achievement of dryness with 25 to 30% consistency. Belt Filter Presses are specifically designed for sludge handling from 25 tons/d to 30 tons/d capacities having power consumption of 2 to 3 HP.
